Wedding Information

Capacity: Comfortably fits 120 to 140 guests

Pricing:

     High Season (March-November) $5,500

     Off-Season (December-February) $4,800

Includes:

    *6 hour facility usage plus 1 hour rehearsal

    *Tables and chairs for seating 120 guests, plus bridal party tables for seating an additional 20 people

    *Facility Coordinator

    *Bridal Boudoir with fresh flowers and a bottle of the bride's favorite Amador Cellars wine

    *Wine tasting for the Groom and his party prior to the ceremony

    *Guest restrooms

    *Kitchen Facilities for caterer's use only

Alcohol Policy:

    *Only Amador Cellars wine and sparkling wine may be served

    *A minimum purchase of 3 cases of wine is required at a discount of 15%

    *A discount of 20% will be offered for the purchase of 4 or more cases of wine

    *Outside beer, soft drinks, and water are acceptable

    *No hard alcohol may be served

Catering:

    *There are several local catering companies that we will be happy to recommend to you or you may bring in an outside catering company of your choice. Please note that outside catering companies must be licensed and approved by Amador Cellars before the booking is confirmed. 

Deposit:

    *A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of the booking with final payment due one month prior to the event.
