The Barn at Amador Cellars is the perfect setting for your wedding or private event.

Amador Cellars, with its old world ambiance and vineyard setting, creates a very memorable venue for your special occasion. Our Facilities are available for weddings, parties, family reunions, corporate off-sites, or private group wine tastings with the winemaker.  The winery is open daily 11am - 5pm.  ***Please call the winery to schedule ANY visits to the barn prior to your event as the facility is often in use and unavailable for viewing***

***Also, please remember that the barn is located in the middle of a WORKING VINEYARD. Please DRIVE SLOWLY (5mph) when visiting the barn as dust is extremely harmful to our vines. Help us by informing your party and your vendors of this request***

 

Wedding Information

  

Capacity: Comfortably fits 120 to 150 guests

Pricing:

     High Season (April-November) $4,500

     Off-Season (December-March) $3,500

Includes:

    *6 hour facility usage plus 1 hour rehearsal

    *Tables and chairs for seating 120 guests, plus bridal party tables for seating an additional 24 people

    *Facility Coordinator

    *Bridal Boudoir with fresh flowers, water, and a bottle of the bride's favorite Amador Cellars wine

    *Wine tasting for the Groom and his party prior to the ceremony

    *Guest restrooms

    *Kitchen Facilities for caterer's use only

Alcohol Policy:

    *Only Amador Cellars wine may be served

    *A minimum purchase of 3 cases of wine is required at a discount of 15%

    *A discount of 20% will be offered for the purchase of 4 or more cases of wine

    *Outside beer, soft drinks, and water are acceptable

    *No hard alcohol may be served

Catering:

    *There are several local catering companies that we will be happy to recommend to you or may bring in an outside catering company of your choice. Please note that outside catering companies must be approved by Amador Cellars before the booking is confirmed.

Extras:

    *Facility rental for rehearsal dinner may be included for an additional fee

    *Extra Amador Cellars Employees can be hired at a rate of $25 per hour

Deposit:

    *A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of the booking with final payment due 10 days prior to the event.

Capacity: Comfortably fits 120-150 guests

Pricing:

  Pricing will vary based on the specifics of your event.

Includes:

   *Tables and chairs for seating 120 guests plus two long, hand-crafted, wooden tables that seat 24

    *Facility Coordinator

    *Guest restrooms

    *Kitchen facility for caterer's use only

Extras:

    *Additional Amador Cellars employees can be hired at a rate of $25 per hour
