2006 Gnarling Oak Zinfandel Zinfandel This old style Zin has loads of spice and red fruit balanced with nice acidity and medium tannins. Only 75 cases produced.

2006 West Vineyard Zinfandel Big and chewy with firm tannins and a spicy finish.  Lush flavors of black cherry, currant and pomegranate lead to a finish that is well structured and long lasting.  This Zinfandel is perfectly paired with the heartiest of dishes.

2007 Zinfandel Our 2007 Zinfandel is everything an Amador Zin should be.  Rich and complex with supple layers of black cherry, plum, raspberry and vanilla followed by warm clove and nutmeg spices on the finish.  This wine pairs well with grilled steak and prime rib as well as a variety of robust cheeses.

2007 Select Reserve Zinfandel This Select Reserve Zinfandel was aged for 22 months in 66% new American Oak from Virginia and Missouri forests. The extended barrel aging combined with an optimal growing season has created a refined Zinfandel full of cherries, raspberries, subtle spice and smooth tannins. This wine is exceptionally easy to drink now and will continue to age gracefully in your cellar. Only 75 cases produced, so get your bottle before it’s gone!

2008 Rapscallion Jug What is a Rapscallion you ask? A Rapscallion is someone who is playfully mischievous, a scoundrel, a rascal maybe. Our 2008 Rapscallion is a delicious blend of 87.5% Zinfandel and 12.5% Syrah. And for those who have been waiting, the jug is back!

2008 Zinfandel You will notice the strawberry preserves jumping out of the glass when you begin to taste this wine. Once on the palate it develops a more complex dried cranberry, black cherry flavor with a spiciness best described by clove and star anise. This wine finishes with layered, medium tannins that will improve with age.

2008 Rocky Point Vineyard Zinfandel An elegant Zinfandel with charm! This Zin has zippy aromas of fruit and spice leading off with strawberry-blackberry jam, black cherry and just a touch of butterscotch. The flavors in the mouth follow with fresh plum and rhubarb and a lingering butterscotch finish.

2008 Family Reserve Zinfandel Aromas of dark berry, toasted oak and sweet vanilla and caramel. These aromas carry through on the palate, along with flavors of blackberry and cherry. The layered tannins and good balance leave you with a lasting finish!

2009 Barbera Aromas of ripe, tropical fruits with hints of cola, currants and cinnamon spices. Big blueberries on the tongue accompanied by zippy acidity and subtle tannins, giving this wine a very smooth finish.

2009 Bunkhouse Red Yet another wine from Amador Cellars that does not disappoint! With this blend of Zinfandel, Mourvedre, Barbera, Syrah and Touriga, lush cherries greet you on the nose, followed by raspberries and hues of subtle oak. A robust flavor of autumn cranberries and sweet black cherries greet you on the tongue with balanced acidity and slight hints of tobacco. Finally, the tantalizing tannins leave you with a long, zesty finish.

This wine is bold and dry with layered tannins, and should age well for several years.

2010 Sauvignon Blanc Barrel fermenting this Sauvignon Blanc gives it a rich mouth feel while maintaining its traditional characteristics! Green apple and tropical notes on the nose are followed by rich pineapple, honeydew melon and toasted oak.
